I like several of the components and concepts from this map, such as the towers and terrain, but to me, the end product feels generic and dull. There is nothing in the map that really makes it memorable. Here are a few points which I feel would make the map better:
*The clipping is really obvious and not well hidden, especially at the end of the tunnel. When using clip, try to make it look like there is a reason that the player cannot go there.
*The color scheme, basically shades of brown and green, is very dull and just not interesting. Even in industrial areas, there can be a surprising amount of color and contrast. Try using additional textures or lighting for a more colorful map.
*Some areas have a lack of detail in both geometry and texture and it is often obvious that a tiling texture was used on some surfaces and I don't think that was your intent. Try adding geometric or texture detail to the large flat surfaces on the map.
*Lighting does not always come from a source, this was really noticeable in the entrance to the building and inside the small rooms. Try to make some sort of visible light source and then place the light near to it. This can really adds depth and character to the appearance of a map.
