That's not been my experience so far. As I've been updating "The Transport" everyone has been updating their ratings as I've been improving it.

No, that is always shown in the order the maps were posted. But I don't think that is as important as the "recent posts" list which is updated each time someone posts a map or comment.

The only problem with this approach is that if everyone were to post their updates this way, jockeying for the top spot on the map list, it would quickly become very cluttered. At the very least you might consider removing the older versions of the map.

I think you care too much about getting high scores and recognition than making better your map. Just a thought...

well fortassaultv2 sorta kicks the original ones ass, and deserves the shorter name, it would make it easier for custom maps on cube servers

by the way, i played around with the map, and i can say that gameplay-wise, it is actually quite fun! graphically though, it is lacking, especially in texture variety, but still, it has a fun layout, and is awesome for instagib! ;-)

boy, you guys are hard to please...

why does the map need trenches in front of the forts?
what do you mean the stairs are hard to climb, there are LOTS of 1-1 stairs in cube?

how else could i add detail? this is cube BTW, there are limits to mapping

also, if you rated it 3 then someone rated it 1.. and this map isnt crap :'(

1-1 stairs don´t look too good. Plus your stairs are kinda easy to fall off.
How can you add detail? Get creative. Look at other maps and see how they do it. Yes in cube there are limits. But within those, there´s a LOT you can do.
