thanks ill do this as soon as i get time, about the packaging, so far no one has had problems with it but if it is really a big deal ill fix it...

and jpg was just how it saved the images so next time ill try to make a high detail .png out of it.

For packaging it should be packages/YourFolderName/YourSkyFiles.jpg ( Just keep it all lower case )

The red lines run along the edge of the water plane, and intersect at the vertical red line in the middle, forming a corner, the Green line shows and more fitting arc. This can either be fixed by editing, or lowering the render camera.

aah...okay i see it now, but sadly i wont be able to fix that cause i just did a high res render which took me all night and i went to sleep in the middle of it, so for now ill let it slide...for now ;D

K, The high-res should look nice. the corner isn't very noticeable and shouldn't Really be much problem.

grr... cant do 1024x1024 only 512x512 stupid terragen needs to be registered, but ill make a high quality .png to substitute

Find your max res for the small side .ex if its 1024x768, then render 768 x 768. get as much out as you can. Thats what I used to do.

The .pngs look far better. As for packaging, you have it mostly right, but you should compress the "packages" folder itself to a .zip, and then rename the zip to utopia_skybox.zip, rather than compress the utopia_skybox folder. ( I learned this the hard way )
That way when you extract the zip your looking at the packages folder strait away, and can simply extract to the sauerbraten directory.
