Personally, i don't like the look of this map very much...it still needs much work !
Texturing is very bland, the texturing of the stairs looks kinda strange, when viewing from the sides, just "blocky". Same with all edges, basically. Why not using other textures which are not just horizontal/vertical so you can also tilt all edges ? (slopes, bevels).
Just have a look at all edges in "paradigm"...you'll see what i mean ;)
The walls look very empty and bland there is no detail to look at (on the walls i mean), and lighting is not finished, some spots are too dark and unlit. Some more lights really would help.
There still are some geometry errors on the upper section, at the top of one of these rounded shapes...guess it happened while adding the clip material ?
About the clip: Why is the clip material so low ? I can tell that this map needs a lot of rocket- and nadejumping, so when someone tries to get to the upper section, he will always get stopped in air by that clip material...make it high enough so that won't happen anymore, just a suggestion...
Also, if you have sloped geometry, using clip material will not work very well...you'll always have spots where the clip is overlapping into the map then.
Instead of this, you could simply use sloped cubes which are textured with the sky texture (it's the "invisible" texture which is one of the first textures in the standard texture list), but THEN try /skytexture 0...this is a way better method to "clip" tilted surfaces (slopes, bevels), because it's simple geometry - clip cannot be tilted, it's always just cubes :) But be aware that if you use that, the invisible geometry will cast shadows, so you either should use this method in unlit parts, or place some small lights in the space between to give the illusion that it is still lit in a normal way.
And the teledest ent should be placed a bit lower too, so you "spawn" on the ground, not in the air like it happens now ;)
The ring above the center feels a bit misplaced...how can i explain...it feels like it should have a purpose, but there is none...if you raised the clip and placed some interesting pickup inside the ring, it would be much better...don't you think ?
I'm pretty sure though that this map will work well in instagib/ffa/efficiency/assassin with few people...noobs will hate it though, i can imagine, because of the need to rocketjump to reach the upper sections :D

Sorry, but i see no reason yet to rate it higher than 3/5...even if the gameplay is right. There simply is no "wow !" - effect to me.
So, 3/5 (which feels a bit much already, regarding all these flaws, really) :D
