This package still includes tons of unused (Egyptian) textures.
It seems while replacing the models you forgot to add the correct readme files and delete the *.pcx textures.
The robot model is (c) by id Software I think. And there is a second "Slith" MD2 which is not needed.

This was supposed to be a whole game which i am still working on but in the saerbraten engine and this is why there are so many unused textures , which if are removed everythimg will get messed up ....

First off, I see there´s a lot of effort been going into.
That´s cool.

What´s not so cool is stealing from other games. You have no right to do so (that is actually illegal) and on the other hand that is considered pretty lame generally amongst modders (a bad texture will always still get you more respect than a stolen one ;).
I don´t see any model or texture that couldn´t have been derived from free sources (there´s a lot), just ask google.
And simply saying your were "not responsible" doesn´t do :P You don´t rob a bank and say "I´m not responsible". And even if you make no profit from the game doesn´t mean you can´t get into serious trouble with that.

The game itself, I must admit I only took a quick look, but it looks good so far. It´s not all top notch, as you mention yourself, but it´s nicely done, it does show direction.
The downside I see are the wqd figures and general performance, the map layout is simply to open/large in general for cube to handle efficiently. Cube was simply not made for that.

On a side note, some instructions of how to install the mod would have been appreciated.
