I am going to be honest with you, The map needs A LOT of work, although one thing is for certain, you have an interesting layout here. Practice makes perfect, practice every available chance you get. Also another tip: Map models are bad!!! almost everything that you can do with a map model, you can do with a cube. Also you shouldn't use such a large brush for height maping, it makes the lights shadow of of it really badly, you can change this by hold "B" and scrolling. Try and experiment with the brushes. Another important thing is to use a variety of textures (I also noticed that some textures were missing, or areas were untextured) Textures are the main thing about a map except for the geometry itself and the lights. Also, it could use more detail, your railing for instance, make it a little broken for pete sake (whoTF is pete) I mean, c'mon not everything has to be perfect.
Other then that there is few mistakes. If you ever need any help my Xfire is: thesauerki113r and I am always on mX IRC :)
p.s: the room with the ramp that goes under the glass into water needs to have a way out ;P
