Not too bad as a first-submission map!

So, as you wish, I'll give you some hints:
1. Don't put too much healtboosts in a single map, and never put two of them next to each other :)
2. placing cartridges is pretty senseless in a mulltiplayer deathmatch map.
3. place some more different weapons and do not forget armour!
4. geometry: I like the electirc cable you made for the lamps, but thats pretty much all of the really good things. Try to fill the rooms somehow or find another way to make them look interesting, e.g. with corrupting a part of the wall. you might as well try to use heightmap (key H) on the outside areas - but be careful: rather use a larger gridsize. Coming to speak of gridsize, the stairs are done best with two cubes of the half of the default gridsize imo.
5. lighting: use /skylight R G B and /ambient NUMBER to make the areas which are not affected by the sunlight appear brighter. also, use small bright lights close to the lamps and larger, less intense lights in the room itself to get better results.

6: its wrongly packed, there shall be NEVER capital letters anywhere ( you did Packages and Base )

after loading it:

the mapstyle is awesome in my oppinion, really nice idea. it has great potiental.

but you failed a few points, first items, as hero already said.
second, 7 spawnpoints are not enougth

=> i dont know wheater to give 3 or 4, in one hand it sucks in gameplay, on the other hand, its an awesome idea.

i would like you to build a capture and ctf-map using everything the map has, if you do well, i would like it for the next release.

conditions:
- ctf-layout, means balanced sides (equal flagpoints (think about how hard it will be to take which flag), armour and weapons etc)
-bigger mapsize. somewhere between 150% and 200% of its size atm
-less fog, it should never influence the gameplay (cause many people cheat it away anyways)

Thanks for the feedback. I'll try to fix this map up and probably make it a ctf map using the other side of the highway as another base (as was originally planned). Oh yeah, and it'll have a better screenshot then. I'll resubmit this map later. Thanks again
