There's not really an A to B answer for exporting out of blender. You're going to need to visit http://cube.wikispaces.com/ and look at the tutorials there and download the python scripts. Sometimes the scripts won't work if you don't have python installed, or if you have a newer version. Google is your friend. "exporting md3 blender"
