I like the idea of redoing the origianal design of Complex... We all need a break from that map sumtimes.
But the visual upgrade for me is kinda cheesy... Sure you can give it the old egyptian/metal theme but its missing the "oomph" or "wow"-factors that would generally make this map a lot better.
I like it i rly do. Just next time try to make it stand out a lil :P

I give you 5 for that. Cause this map deserves it. Excellent gameplay and finally a new and good 1on1 map. Thats what sauer needs. Highfive for the quad thing. Even if i personally dislike the healthboost (you know why) the gameplay on it is a blast. I didnt try it so far, but i guess its fun for insta too.

Just like Anubis said...finally a good 1v1 map. There are only a few minor things I believe could be improved.
The texturing is well done with the exception of some 'light' textures not quite lining up on the pillars and some unfinished texturing going on near the top of the map. There is also some geometry up there that could be removed.
I was able to climb out-of-bounds easily with some weapon jumps, so you may want to finish clipping the top area just to seal it in.
The lighting is okay with the single sun-entity but it couldn't hurt to down the ambient lighting and add some other light-sources (perhaps the light textures on the pillars?) to make it a little less bland.
Great job on the heightmapping though there is one spot on the wall that could be pushed in a bit to lose the 90 degree angle.
All in all a great map! 4/5 until you fix those minor things and then it'll be worth a five in my opinion. I'm also looking forward to seeing more of your work!
