Quadropolis is definitely in a state of flux right now, and probably will be for some time. (The screenful of MySQL errors at the top of the page might be a clue.) While I definitely like the new tags, I do think Quin (I assume it was you, Quin, it looks like your writing) went a little overboard on that one. :P
In any case, I do agree that the layout needs some work.
If the rooms get reconfigured a bit, the texture sets stop being mixed (i.e, remove the "cassette" texture & its comrades and get rid of the "computer terminals"; using the lunaran texture set is fine as long as it's in a room separate from the ik* ones), and the outside of the map gets cleaned up (just fill it all in), this is probably starred content. (You might also want to reassess your ammo placement. When placing ammo, you have to consider how it's going to influence gameplay.)
Also, consider getting rid of the "secret passage"; nobody's going to bother to try and get in there in an actual game.
