This map has a simple yet good looking architecture (btw, I prove that I like big pillar because they are big pillar, but not everyone share this taste).
It is obvious that the upper way are open to player, but finding how to go upside is not easy. Two teleporters seems to have been dropped at some corner, and I found the jumppads only because I saw a little something from above. You should integrate those better within architecture. I mean, there is for instance some kind of red throne at each end of the map, and it was obvious for me that flags were there; some teleporters and most of all the jumppads need something to be noticed easily by a ground level player.
An other important things: I thnik you make a mistake while setting a base. In fact, you set a pistol base instead of (I hope) a rifle base.
