New Scope

A new, simple scope for Assault Cube.
A new custom scope for the Sniper Rifle. I whipped this out on GIMP in less than half an hour. Not much more to say about it, just hope you like it. Please comment, because this is my first mod. Extract Scope.png into packages\misc\scope.
