First, you need to fix your package.

There´s one major weakness, in my opinion. The layout.
I already tried to explain that ingame. You tend to build huge one-room-halls which are supposed to be houses or factorys. To me it feels like I´m running around between huge cubes or something like that. I´m seriously missing the 'urban'-feeling. It doesn´t feel realistic to me, so to say.
I highly recommend drawing little layout-sketches before you start mapping.
