First off, you lose points for packaging. It needs to follow the guide, which means:
using the /packages/base folder(s)
everything is lowercase (.JPG should be .jpg)
the ruins.jpg should be 256x256 pixels, not 1440x900 (!?!)
Your cfg should not contain the / marks preceding the commands: the engine knows that commands in the cfg are, well, commands.
And then finally, this is not suitable for all gametypes: just the deathmodes. With the public release of CTF just days away, and capture a classic by now, you should avoid statements like "can be played in all gamemodes" unless it is genuinely true.

The good:
Texturing is consistent, something that goes over well in this community. Nothing crazy or new, but solid. Geometry was pretty solid, I wouldn't have clipped the outer edges, but that's your call. There's just enough leg room by my reckoning, but I know that other people will disagree about that one. Damage to the environment looked believable, if a bit repetitive. Lighting was thorough, if a bit bland. Torches and particles were a good touch, though I felt that the particles were a bit much for the weenie little torches.
A very playable map.
