I can't say much yet, but i do like this map for its style and architecture. A nice one.

I really like the floating in the air thing.

I think this is a new style, because other maps are most times indoor(with these textures) and you made a nice map where you die when you fall down.

There are also many different and nice details on the wall. I'm looking forward to play this map :)

However i'm missing one special thing in there. Dunno what, but something that interrupts the style a bit. You textured it really nice, but for me the map looks very similar in all parts. (don't realy know how to discribe :/)

New version upped:

-Added scrolling textures
-tweaked ammo layout (I realized there was a lot of RL ammo in the general middle third of the map after a playtest. Swapped a couple out for other ammo types.)
-added 2 addition green armors, as per feedback (1 per side room)
-set up the ammo types for regen/capture bases: flag room bases are locked at RL, the other 3 bases are random.
-fixed some incorrectly textured crate-tops.

Anyway, it can be upgraded.

-Sometimes the textures are always the same, they can be better (like kaiser maps texture)
-The skymap i dont like too mach, becuse is rare to me found this kind of construction on the air, maybe introducing some rokcs, like construction were in the air suspendend on the rocks, with a lave inside to dead, will be more natural. :-/

You get stuck and fall (on to the catwalk) if you try to hop through there. Not sure if this is intentional or not, you could clip it I guess.
edit: this applies to the orange side too.

Otherwise a spectacular work. As stated before, I love how you make everything look different and not just a blank wall. Keep it up, eh?

One question: Did you mirror one side? If so, how long did it take you? Was it a pain in the butt? ;P

Yes, I worked on a map half (leaving the meeting area only quickly sketched out). Once I got it looking how I wanted it and pretty much done, I then did the Great Mirror Job, heh.

That bit went pretty smoothly: the copy + "n" key deal to select all ents (which, once all selected with the terrain, etc, can be rotated along with the terrain) went really quickly and without a hitch. I got things lined up and rotated/mirrored up, and then got to work on the meeting area.

I can never quite tell how long I spend on things, as I go slowly, experiment, run around for a while and think about what I see, etc. If forced to judge, I probably spent 60-80 hours on this map, perhaps (maybe on the middle/upper range of that).

Ok, Im going to go fix those sticky areas you uncovered. Thanks again for finding and reporting that problem!
