Dead-ends are not forbidden, but as i said, have something worthwhile at the end of it, the so called carrot on a stick that would suck you in. If a dead end is at the end of a long corridor, where do you go with that carrot?
I have taken a better look at this map, it still has some issues, parts of the geometry are not correct and need to be cleaned up, there is no need for an outer wall in this type of map, sort that out and the file-size will come down to. There is an ungodly ammount of healths compared to ammo and no healthboost, armour or quaddamage.
Now there might be a good reason to leave those things out but remember that gameplay is more than just a bunch of rooms connected by corridors stacked with ammo and health.
