lol nice. Actually it has a nice layout, if it were textured better and maybe had some more detail and better item placement it would be pretty good. I could help you with it when I find some free time if you like.

It looks nice already, but it lacks a bit of details. for example some irregularities outside on the grass and rocky wall. try to select a field, press h and play around a bit with your mourse wheel :)
some ideas for details could be a (closed) main gate in the wall around the map or a little fountain in the pool.

And I would remove the clip ring part on the upper level, so you can jump down to the pool.

but anyways, it looks nice already on the first look, and lighting is very good.
