Retextured animated trap door that was mentioned here:

Added much more detail in the hinges as well as with the UV map itself
Note: Doors look better in game with the bump mapping than the blender screen grab
Install instructions:
Unzip contents to the Sauer folder - it should get placed correctly on this path:
packages/models/steve_e/doors/...
for the map .cfg (or however you intend to place it):

mmodel "steve_e/doors/trapdoor" //4x4 sized door
mmodel "steve_e/doors/trapdoor/trapdoor_150" //6x6 sized door
mmodel "steve_e/doors/trapdoor/trapdoor_200" //8x8 sized door
Make certain you are in SP mode, place the door and set it to type 10 (auto open) and check them out.
